I was born in Durban, South Africa and have been involved in Education for almost thirty years.  My qualifications include: a BA Social Science Degree, Majoring in Criminology and Industrial Phsychology, a Programme in Management, Graduate Diploma in Education and a Post Graducate Diploma in Literacy Education.
 
My teaching philosophy is to send a clear message to children that they are special and therefore wanted.

I am Bev Perry and I joined the staff of Kereru Park Campus in August 2013, after spending 25 years in the Otara-Manurewa area and 10 years in Rotorua-Kawerau-Murupara prior to that.  I enjoy working with the "little people" and find our 5 and 6 years olds an absolute delight to teach.  I look forward to developing sound working relationships with our whanau and local pre-schools to enhance the learning opportunities for the children of Kereru Park Campus.
